LexRock AI and Exaion, a subsidiary of the EDF Group, combine their expertise to offer a high-performance, sovereign document AI solution in Europe

At the 2025 edition of VivaTech, LexRock AI Technologies Inc., a Quebec-based company specializing in artificial intelligence for document processing, and Exaion, a digital services expert and subsidiary of the EDF Group, announce their intention to form a strategic partnership to deploy the LR Studio solution in France and across Europe. LR Studio is an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution designed to automatically read, segment, extract, and verify information from complex documents—such as contracts, financial reports, or regulatory forms—in just a few seconds.

This strategic partnership is built on two complementary pillars:

• The secure hosting of the LR Studio platform in Exaion’s French data centers, which meet the highest standards for security, data sovereignty, and environmental responsibility;

• The acceleration of its market expansion into Europe, targeting legal, financial, and public-sector stakeholders.

Through this partnership, Exaion provides LexRock AI with a robust and sovereign digital infrastructure powered by very largely carbon-free electricity. Leveraging refurbished IT equipment, immersion cooling technology, and waste heat recovery, this infrastructure operates data centers located in France and Canada. Drawing on its expertise in HPC, cybersecurity, and quantum hybridization, Exaion supports LexRock AI in deploying this groundbreaking technology into the European market, ensuring secure hosting that meets European regulatory requirements.
